Offsetting faces and lines

Offset on the Massing toolbar makes a ring inside a face, or a parallel copy of a line.

  1. Switch to Massing and click Offset.
  2. Click a face to offset it inward, or click a line to offset a parallel copy.
  3. Click again to confirm the thickness, or type a number and press Enter.

Escape cancels.
