Sculpting terrain
Sculpt terrain raises, lowers, flattens and smooths the ground with a brush.
- On the Site row's Sculpt tab, click Sculpt terrain. The first time, Linea builds the ground inside your perimeter in one undo step.
- Choose a brush in the bottom toolbar: Raise, Lower, Flatten or Smooth.
- Click and drag over the ground.
Under Brush, set Size (m), Strength, Softness and the shape, Round or Square. With Flatten active a Target slider appears (-50 to 50 m) with an eyedropper to pick the height from the ground. Level lot levels the site to the target height, and Clear terrain removes the ground in one undo step.
Existing ground
Mark as existing ground stores the current terrain as the baseline, and a readout then shows Cut, Fill and Net. Reset to existing ground returns the ground to that baseline; Linea asks first, and undo brings it back.
Terrain settings
The Settings tab's Terrain section has Grid spacing (100, 250, 500 or 1000 mm), Contours with an Interval of 0.5, 1, 2 or 5 m, Cut / fill, Base depth (mm) and a Rebuild button. Contours and Cut / fill apply to the 3D view.
